Our Approach
You do not need to take on a monthly rent that can overwhelm you. With us, you pay a monthly rent based on a daily rate and need, build your own business and clientele, and keep your own clients. There is "no compete" or "no soliciting" clauses. You simply pay rent based on your need and do what you love doing!
What We Provide with a monthly sublease:
- Free Wi-Fi and Printing
- Fully furnished rooms with window and lot of light in each room
- Unlimited refreshments in the break room
- Marketing in the group web page, FB, LinkedIn, conferences, networking events, etc.
- Client referrals
- Monthly team meetings
- Monthly networking events
- Help to get credentialed with insurance
- Team to collaborate, connect, consult, and perhaps share a lunch and laughter
- Daily fee of $75.00 (can be divided to two 4-hour increments in two day
* Virtual presence (includes team meetings and web marketing) $250 per month
Other services provided:
- Sublease an office for an hourly basis for $25.00 per hour
- Rent available as needed basis without a monthly commitment. Ask for more details!
