Cheyenne has experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across community mental health, inpatient, higher-acuity, and outpatient settings. Throughout her work, she has supported clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, emotional dysregulation, body image concerns, and major life transitions. She is especially drawn to work surrounding self-esteem and self-worth, women’s mental health, relationships and family dynamics, identity development, and helping clients better understand the patterns and experiences that shape how they see themselves and connect with others.
She views therapy as a collaborative process where clients bring their lived experience, while she brings clinical knowledge, structure, curiosity, and support. Cheyenne recognizes that therapy does not have to look the same for every person; she thoughtfully integrates clinical interventions with creative and experiential approaches based on each client’s needs, developmental stage, strengths, and goals.
With children and adolescents, Cheyenne takes a developmentally responsive and neurodivergent-affirming approach, incorporating play-based, creative, and experiential interventions to help young clients express emotions, build coping skills, and develop self-understanding. When appropriate, she also partners with parents and caregivers to support emotional and behavioral growth beyond the therapy setting.
At the heart of Cheyenne’s work is the belief that meaningful change begins with understanding ourselves, our relationships, and the experiences that have shaped us. Her goal is to provide a steady, compassionate space where clients can feel understood, develop practical skills, and feel more equipped to navigate life and their relationships with greater resilience..
Cheyenne works with children ages 5+, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
