Jessy has over 25 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families. Whether navigating anxiety or trauma, managing ADHD, adjusting to major life transitions, or balancing the complexities of multicultural or immigrant experiences, Jessy works collaboratively with clients who feel stuck or overwhelmed to help them find clarity and a path forward.
She provides a warm, culturally sensitive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. Jessy sees therapy as a partnership: clients bring their lived experiences and insight, and she brings clinical expertise and evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Family Systems work.
Beginning therapy takes courage, and Jessy understands how difficult that first step can feel. Her goal is to offer steady, compassionate support while helping clients build practical skills, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change. Clients do not have to carry everything on their own—healing and growth happen together.
Jessy draws from a wide range of evidence-based and relational therapies, tailoring treatment to each client’s needs and goals.
